Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund, Cancellation & Order Changes

At Calgary Sod Supply, many of our products are harvested, loaded, dispatched, or specially prepared to fulfill customer orders. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before placing your order.

All Sales Final After Harvest or Dispatch

Once sod has been harvested, materials have been loaded, an order has been dispatched, or a delivery vehicle has been assigned and dispatched, the order is considered fulfilled and all sales are final.

Due to the perishable nature of sod and the logistics involved in preparing bulk landscape materials, no refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be provided after harvest, loading, or dispatch has occurred.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% administration and processing fee based on the total order value.

Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Order Changes

Customers may request changes to quantities, products, delivery dates, pickup dates, or delivery instructions until 12:00 PM (Noon) on the business day prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

After this deadline, changes may not be possible as products may already be scheduled, harvested, loaded, routed, or prepared for shipment.

Delivery Refusals

Customers who refuse delivery after materials have been dispatched, harvested, loaded, or delivered remain responsible for the full order value and applicable delivery charges.

Product Availability

In the event Calgary Sod Supply cannot fulfill an order due to product shortages, weather conditions, supplier interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control, customers will be offered a rescheduled delivery date or a full refund for any unavailable products.

Important:

Sod is a perishable product harvested specifically for customer orders. Once harvested, loaded, or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct quantities and provide accurate delivery information at the time of purchase.
